Consider/Approve Lawn Care Maintenance Bid

Preliminary Matters:

The System solicited bids for lawn care maintenance for the following locations: Board Office, Career Technology Center, and Lindenwood School. We received two (2) bids for this project.

$ 610.00
$ 680.00

The above bids include the cost of mowing, spraying, trimming, edging, blowing of clippings, and general clean up. The low bid is $20 per month less than the bid awarded in the prior year.

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend awarding this service to Lawns by Woods for $610.00 per four (4) week period.
